Job Description

Marketing Specialist role onsite in Dallas, TX at Yondr Group, focused on paid media, analytics and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute digital marketing plans to raise brand visibility and reach
  • Identify tactics to drive site traffic, improve SEO, and enhance user experience
  • Develop creative strategies to engage decision-makers in long buying cycles
  • Plan and optimize paid media campaigns across channels
  • Strengthen and manage our presence across social media platforms
  • Administer and maintain the CMS to stay aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with content, design and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our digital agency
  • Integrate marketing tools to deliver a unified view of performance and user behavior
  • Ensure smooth data flow between platforms to enable actionable insights
  • Apply retargeting and lead-nurturing tactics for extended buying cycles
  • Deliver regular performance reports across channels and campaigns
  • Provide strategic recommendations for ongoing improvement based on analytics

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven B2B digital marketing experience, ideally in industries with long buying cycles
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Advertising and Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools
  • Expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot
  • Excellent communication, project management and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, media monitoring and lead generation tools
  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including digital agencies
