Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Help shape and execute marketing strategies from the ground up
• Assist in running small growth experiments and iterate quickly based on results
• Study trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities to inform campaigns
• Support content creation and social media activities across channels
• Own selected projects from concept through launch and post-launch follow-up
• Actively use tools and platforms (email, ads, analytics, CRM) to execute campaigns directly
• Monitor performance metrics and translate data into fast, actionable adjustments
• Move quickly on new ideas, testing and adapting in a resource-conscious, scrappy environment

Requirements

• Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, or YouTube
• Interest in content creation or writing
• Solid understanding of what performs and why
• Awareness of internet trends and online culture
• Broad marketing skills beyond just content creation and social media
• Strong communication and strategic thinking abilities
