Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals, prioritizing digital channels such as social media, email, and search.
  • Lead and optimize social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to boost engagement and brand visibility.
  • Apply SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
  • Produce engaging content including blog posts, landing pages, ad copy, and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design skills.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics and other analytics tools, delivering insights for ongoing improvements in performance marketing.
  • Execute marketing campaigns with hands-on tactical execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience using SEO tools, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Marketing Automation Platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of social media management, content creation, copywriting, and graphic design.
  • Ability to develop data-driven strategies for conversion optimization and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to market directly to healthcare facilities.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
