Marketing Specialist

This Marketing Specialist position supports AMERICAN LEATHER DIRECT INC in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels. The role covers website management, product listings and photography, social media, and print materials, with collaboration across sales, product, and leadership teams. This is an onsite role in Bowling Green, KY.

Responsibilities

• Administer and refresh the corporate website to keep content accurate and up to date.
• Maintain up-to-date product listings and inventory with accuracy.
• Ensure quality of product listings, including descriptions, specifications, and imagery.
• Plan and oversee product photography to sustain a consistent, professional visual standard.
• Build and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others as applicable.
• Generate and schedule engaging content, graphics, and video to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Monitor channels, respond to inquiries, and analyze performance metrics.
• Design and coordinate print collateral including brochures, flyers, signage, and branded merchandise.
• Develop marketing materials and signage for trade shows and other promotional events.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in a marketing role with hands-on management of websites, social media, trade shows, and print materials.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and email marketing platforms.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
