Job Description
Booz Allen seeks a Marketing Specialist to design, develop, and execute materials and campaigns for the Army, leveraging SEO and digital communications tools within cross-functional teams to advance program objectives. This onsite role is based in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute a range of materials and campaigns for the Army.
- Create persuasive, optimized communications aligned with the program's strategic goals.
- Apply SEO best practices, digital communication tools, and data-driven insights to ensure cohesive messaging across operations and marketing teams.
- Build stakeholder relationships through collaboration to craft impactful campaigns that position the program for success.
- Blend creative thinking with technical capability to produce engaging content for multiple platforms and support initiatives that strengthen program objectives.
- Coordinate with the Digital Content Strategist to refine strategies for the website, social media, and digital communications, or lead efforts to drive storytelling and compelling narratives in support of the organization's mission.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in public relations, marketing, or content creation.
- Experience managing websites, developing social media strategies, and working with digital content platforms.
- Knowledge of current content marketing trends and emerging communication technologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated creativity paired with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing.

Compensation
Salary at Booz Allen is determined by multiple factors, including location, the individual's education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is 55,200 to 126,000 USD annually. The listed estimate represents the typical salary range for this role and is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package.
