Job Description

Ehomie seeks a Marketing & Sales Associate to cultivate a personal brand and client network, deliver personalized rental and home buying solutions, and leverage CRM tools to maximize sales opportunities. The role is based in Boston, MA with a hybrid work arrangement, offering opportunities for mentorship and team leadership development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and promote a personal brand while growing a client network through social content and community engagement.
  • Receive one-on-one mentorship from experienced leaders and progress toward leading a future team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across marketing, operations, and client support to expand the business with strong internal backing.
  • Provide personalized rental and home buying solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Show properties, guide clients through transactions, and deliver a superior customer experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, leasing offices, and property management companies.
  • Leverage Ehomie’s technology tools, CRM system, and exclusive listings to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; fresh graduates and candidates without prior industry experience are welcome.
  • Real estate license holder, or currently pursuing licensure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and lasting relationships.
  • Interest in real estate, social media marketing, or business development, with a readiness to learn and grow.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, accountability, and execution.
