Job Description

Dynamic marketing and public relations specialist role based in Casselberry, FL onsite, with an annual salary range of $42,000 to $55,000.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across digital and traditional channels, including social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and print advertising.
  • Grow and manage social platforms by creating engaging content, monitoring interactions, and analyzing performance to optimize outreach.
  • Apply SEO best practices to boost website visibility and organic rankings, using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads for data-driven decisions.
  • Coordinate advertising sales activities by identifying opportunities for brand promotion across media outlets and digital campaigns.
  • Oversee marketing automation workflows to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance engagement via WordPress, HTML, and related marketing software.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform strategic planning and content creation.
  • Write persuasive copy for press releases, blog posts, ad copy, product descriptions, and social content aimed at B2B audiences.
  • Collaborate with product management to align marketing initiatives with business goals while managing budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular insights to optimize ongoing efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients through onsite visits and representation at industry events, coordinating trade show materials and booth setup.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SEO, multichannel marketing, social media, and digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Google Ads.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with HTML and WordPress for website management.
  • Experience in content marketing across multiple channels; B2B marketing experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools to nurture leads and automate outreach campaigns.
  • Excellent research capabilities combined with strong copywriting skills to craft messaging for target audiences.
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure success and inform strategies.
  • Experience in print advertising in addition to digital initiatives; understanding of e-commerce is a plus.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to support advertising sales efforts and budgeting to align resources with priorities.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
