Marketing Project Coordinator
Job Description
FNBT - First National Bank Texas is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to lead multiple campaigns, coordinating across bank departments and with external vendors to drive growth. This onsite role in Arlington, TX emphasizes delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining thorough records and coordinating travel as needed. A minimum of two yearsโ experience in marketing project coordination and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple initiatives from initiation to close, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
- Identify growth opportunities and design systems to capture them effectively.
- Prepare and assemble materials required for campaign execution.
- Collaborate with various bank departments and external vendors to coordinate campaigns, implement procedures, and deliver measurable results.
- Achieve financial targets by negotiating with vendors and suppliers.
- Foster partnerships and pursue business development within the community to boost sales production.
- Explore alternative sales methods and product offerings.
- Assist with planning and coordinating events supported by the Retail Department.
- Maintain accurate, organized records for each project.
- Proofread and edit materials to ensure clear, error-free communication.
- Provide weekly status updates to management.
- Travel as business needs dictate.
- Maintain regular, reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Graphic Design preferred.
- Must be a Branch Supervisor or above with a minimum of 2 years of FCB branch experience.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Teams, Canva, and PowerPoint preferred.
- Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy.
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment.
