Marketing Manager, Workday Alliance, Global Ecosystem and Alliances
Job Description
The Marketing Manager for the Workday Alliance within Deloitte's Global Ecosystems & Alliances is responsible for planning and delivering alliance-specific marketing programs in collaboration with partner teams to advance alliance objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement alliance-specific marketing plans aligned with CCO business objectives.
- Plan and manage the execution of event marketing and digital marketing activities, including content placement, communications, client engagement and hospitality, experiences, webinars, social media, and email campaigns.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with counterparts at partner organizations.
- Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment of alliance marketing activities.
- Measure and report on marketing performance and business impact.
- Identify opportunities to enhance alliance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Represent Deloitte at partner marketing events and planning sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in alliance or partner marketing.
- Proven experience managing complex B2B marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of event marketing, digital marketing tactics, and measurement.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
