Job Description

The Marketing Manager for the Workday Alliance within Deloitte's Global Ecosystems & Alliances is responsible for planning and delivering alliance-specific marketing programs in collaboration with partner teams to advance alliance objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement alliance-specific marketing plans aligned with CCO business objectives.
  • Plan and manage the execution of event marketing and digital marketing activities, including content placement, communications, client engagement and hospitality, experiences, webinars, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with counterparts at partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment of alliance marketing activities.
  • Measure and report on marketing performance and business impact.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance alliance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Represent Deloitte at partner marketing events and planning sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in alliance or partner marketing.
  • Proven experience managing complex B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of event marketing, digital marketing tactics, and measurement.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Location

Onsite role based in Cincinnati, OH. US locations include Nashville, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Grand Rapids, and Indianapolis.
