Job Description

Deloitte’s Global Ecosystems & Alliances team is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of alliance-specific programs for the Workday Alliance. This on-site role in Arlington, Virginia, partners with Workday and internal marketing teams to drive the alliance strategy, execute integrated marketing activities, and measure business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement alliance-specific marketing plans aligned with CCO business objectives
  • Plan and manage event marketing and digital campaigns, including content placement, communications, client engagement and hospitality, experiences, webinars, social media, and email initiatives
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with counterparts at partner organizations
  • Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment of alliance activities
  • Measure and report on marketing performance and business impact
  • Identify opportunities to improve alliance marketing effectiveness and efficiency
  • Represent Deloitte at partner marketing events and planning sessions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum five years of marketing experience, including at least two years in alliance or partner marketing
  • Proven experience managing complex B2B marketing initiatives
  • Strong understanding of event marketing, digital marketing tactics, and measurement
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications
