Job Description
Windermere Manito is hiring a Marketing Manager in Spokane, WA for an in-person role. This position supports the company’s growth by managing social media activity, building strategic marketing plans, and helping agents succeed through onboarding and training.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple marketing channels and stay engaged with new technology. You will also provide practical tech support to colleagues, including help with everyday computer, phone, and email issues, while maintaining an accurate, detail-focused approach to executing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and maintain all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others, with scheduled posts and ongoing updates
- Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans to attract new customers and engage existing customers for referral business
- Embrace new technology, learn it quickly, and teach it to others
- Provide tech support for colleagues with computer, phone, and email issues
- Manage onboarding and training for new agents
What You’ll Bring
- Strong multi-channel marketing experience across social, digital, and print
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with PC software applications
- Knowledge of Canva and photoshop is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Experience using a range of technology devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptop computers
- Strong analytical and project management skills, including excellent time management
- Proactive initiative and a commitment to accuracy and detail orientation
- Ability to develop and improve the systems of your role
