Marketing Manager
Job Description
Marketing Manager in Fort Wayne, IN onsite, accountable for owning CRM and lead-gen systems and building campaigns to drive revenue, with emphasis on reactivation campaigns, paid lead gen, and data-driven reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own GoHighLevel across all markets — pipelines, automations, tagging, and cross-market reporting.
- Launch and optimize a reactivation program for a 10,000+ contact database — segment, sequence, and measure results.
- Manage and scale paid lead generation through Meta ads and EDDM direct mail campaigns.
- Design follow-up systems (SMS, email, voicemail) to convert cold leads into consultations and consultations into sales.
- Provide reporting on key metrics — lead volume, sit rate, close rate, and cost per acquisition.
- Maintain data hygiene — ensure DNC compliance, coordinate skip tracing, and dedup records.
Requirements
- 3+ years in marketing operations, CRM management, or growth marketing.
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM/automation platform; GHL experience is a strong plus.
- Proven track record in direct-response or high-volume sales environments (home services, D2D, insurance, or similar).
- Data-driven mindset; you build dashboards rather than waiting for others to hand you one.
- Experience running Meta ads and/or direct mail campaigns.
- Entrepreneurial bias — build first, seek permission later.

The Money
- Base salary USD 50,000 - 200,000 per year
- Performance-based bonus tied to lead volume and revenue impact
