Marketing Manager

EDMO Distributors is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its marketing efforts from a onsite site in Spokane Valley. The role focuses on raising brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, boosting engagement, and growing revenue by directing campaigns, brand management, digital initiatives, market research, and vendor partnerships, while guiding the marketing team. This position collaborates with sales, product, and customer service to ensure marketing activities align with business goals.

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager oversees the full spectrum of EDMO Distributors' marketing activities, including campaigns, brand management, digital programs, market research, and partner initiatives, while leading the marketing team to support corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules for email, print, and online marketing efforts.
• Create print-ready materials such as catalogs, mailers, brochures, and other collateral.
• Manage digital channels, social media, email, content, and traditional marketing, ensuring consistent branding across all platforms.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with vendor partners to coordinate joint marketing programs and promotions.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive opportunities; monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies using analytics.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Oversee department resources and workflow; review all team content and provide feedback before final approval.
• Coordinate with other departments and vendors to plan events, webinars, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Facilitate print production by communicating with printers and print brokers.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in the marketing industry.
• 2-3+ years in a leadership or management role; project management experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, content strategy, and analytics.
• Experience managing vendor co-op marketing programs and partner marketing relationships.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Pay

Salary range: $62,000 to $75,000 per year.
