Job Description

This on site Marketing Manager role drives digital marketing initiatives for a plumbing, heating, and cooling services provider in the Vancouver, WA area. The position oversees campaign management, content creation, SEO and analytics, and marketing automation to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals, prioritizing digital channels such as social media, email campaigns, and search engine marketing.
  • Administer and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads to boost lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Coordinate content production across platforms, including WordPress website management, social media administration, and graphic/video creation with Adobe Creative Suite to support growth.
  • Perform keyword research and apply SEO best practices using appropriate tools to improve rankings, increase organic traffic, and raise conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance with Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to refine strategies, maximize ROI, and report key metrics regularly.
  • Implement marketing automation workflows to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to maintain consistent branding across all channels and support B2B marketing efforts, coordinating with external vendors as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in home services (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) with familiarity in the Portland and Vancouver markets.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing advertising spend.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
  • Hands-on content creation capabilities across writing, graphics, and video.
  • Strong understanding of current SEO practices and implementation.
  • Comfort with WordPress website management and ability to guide web development in line with trends.
  • Ability to analyze data and measure marketing ROI.
  • Experience managing CRM and customer experience tools within marketing funnels, including alignment with call center scripting.
  • Creativity and a drive to introduce fresh, effective ideas that stand out in the market.
  • Proven ROI from previous marketing initiatives.
  • Strong project management, delegation, and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Ability to execute creative content that reflects a consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Comfortable working with a sales team and presenting in public settings.

Compensation

Salary range: USD 77,000 to 92,000 per year.

Work Location

Onsite role based in Vancouver, WA. This position is in person.
