Marketing Manager
Job Description
DG is seeking a Marketing Manager to help grow its construction brand with a focus on interior design storytelling, campaigns, and content creation for luxury projects. This onsite role requires close collaboration with design and construction teams, a solid grasp of the design industry, and strong marketing execution. The position is part-time and based in Lafayette, Colorado, offering a salary range of USD 50,000–60,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns and content plans to support brand growth
- Produce video and image assets for stories, reels, project walkthroughs, job sites, and behind-the-scenes moments for the editing team
- Be present on construction sites and attend design meetings as needed
- Maintain organized marketing workflows and contribute to lead-generation efforts
- Craft clear, compelling copy for campaigns and communications
Requirements
- Strong understanding of interior design concepts, finishes, materials, layouts, and current design trends
- Passion for marketing, branding, and content creation
- Proven experience with organic social media growth strategies
- Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns and content strategies
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems, specifically Go High Level (GHL)
- Comfort capturing video/content for stories, reels, project walkthroughs, job sites, and behind-the-scenes content for the editing team
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing marketing workflows and lead generation efforts
- Consistent marketing experience with reliable execution
- Strong writing ability
