Job Description

DG is seeking a Marketing Manager to help grow its construction brand with a focus on interior design storytelling, campaigns, and content creation for luxury projects. This onsite role requires close collaboration with design and construction teams, a solid grasp of the design industry, and strong marketing execution. The position is part-time and based in Lafayette, Colorado, offering a salary range of USD 50,000–60,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns and content plans to support brand growth
Produce video and image assets for stories, reels, project walkthroughs, job sites, and behind-the-scenes moments for the editing team
Be present on construction sites and attend design meetings as needed
Maintain organized marketing workflows and contribute to lead-generation efforts
Craft clear, compelling copy for campaigns and communications

Requirements

Strong understanding of interior design concepts, finishes, materials, layouts, and current design trends
Passion for marketing, branding, and content creation
Proven experience with organic social media growth strategies
Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns and content strategies
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Experience using CRM systems, specifically Go High Level (GHL)
Comfort capturing video/content for stories, reels, project walkthroughs, job sites, and behind-the-scenes content for the editing team
Organized, proactive, and capable of managing marketing workflows and lead generation efforts
Consistent marketing experience with reliable execution
Strong writing ability
