Job Description

Strategic leadership in marketing and leasing for a multifamily portfolio in North Central Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement integrated marketing plans to boost lead flow, brand presence, and occupancy across the portfolio.
  • Direct marketing efforts for new developments from concept through stabilization, including pre-leasing phases.
  • Act as the primary marketing liaison to Development and Design teams, partnering on project positioning, naming, branding, signage, and visual identity.
  • Oversee digital channels including ILS listings, social profiles, property sites, and reputation management platforms.
  • Coordinate with property managers and regional groups to maintain consistent branding and effective local marketing execution.
  • Administer marketing budgets and optimize resource utilization.
  • Evaluate leasing metrics portfolio-wide and implement tactics to drive traffic, improve conversions, and minimize vacancy.
  • Train and mentor on-site leasing teams to uphold sales excellence and Fair Housing compliance.
  • Track market dynamics, competitor activity, and economic factors to guide pricing and positioning.
  • Collaborate with development, construction, operations, revenue management, and ownership to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing training for leasing consultants and marketing personnel.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess leasing workflows, signage, curb appeal, and marketing compliance.
  • Produce and review weekly and monthly leasing and traffic reports to gauge effectiveness and refine strategies.
  • Present marketing and leasing performance updates to executives and ownership when required.
  • Monitor return on investment for marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 8-10+ years of progressive experience in real estate marketing with a focus on new development, lease-ups, or brand launches.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of multifamily marketing and leasing experience; portfolio-level or regional marketing experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of multifamily leasing KPIs, digital marketing channels, and CRM/lead management systems.
  • Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi and RealPage, CRM platforms, and ILS syndication tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the region.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Job Details

  • Salary: USD 70,000 - 95,000 per year
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 8-10+ years real estate marketing; 5-7 years multifamily marketing and leasing
  • Travel: Willing to travel up to 50 percent; regular regional travel
