Job Description

The Marketing Director will lead the sales and marketing strategy for a premier senior living community, driving business development and supporting a positive environment for residents, families, and staff at Senior Commons at Powder Mill in York, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership, management, and success in sales and marketing for a premier senior living community.
  • Contribute to a positive atmosphere within the community for residents, families and friends, and all team members.

Requirements

  • A passion for helping seniors
  • College degree
  • Previous management experience with a track record in hiring, coaching, performance management, and daily sales supervision
  • Ability to identify and build relationships within the local area that drive business into the community
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to facilitate small group presentations
  • Ability to work some weekends, evenings and flexible hours
