The Law Offices of Michael S. Lamonsoff seeks a Marketing Director to lead and scale client acquisition for a high-profile NYC plaintiff personal injury firm. This onsite role in New York, NY offers a salary range of USD 140,000 to 200,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
- Track and analyze cost per lead, cost per case, and overall marketing ROI with a constant focus on efficiency and scale
- Build and maintain robust CRM dashboards to give leadership clear visibility into performance across all channels
- Hold external digital marketing agencies accountable, ensuring performance across PPC, SEO, and web by setting clear KPIs, benchmarks, and reporting standards
- Lead a team of dynamic and creative marketing professionals
- Oversee website performance, landing pages, and intake funnels with a strong emphasis on conversion rate optimization
- Drive internet-based client acquisition through SEO, paid search (Google Ads), Local Service Ads, and conversion-focused digital strategies
- Own and scale radio advertising strategy, including budgeting, media buying, performance tracking, and on-air messaging optimization
- Collaborate with producers, talent, and internal stakeholders to conceptualize and execute compelling creative across radio, TV, and digital platforms
- Manage media planning and buying across all channels (radio, TV, digital, programmatic, and OOH where applicable), ensuring efficient allocation of a multi-million-dollar budget
- Work closely with leadership to align marketing strategy with firm growth and case acquisition goals
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in legal services or other highly competitive, lead-generation-driven industries
- Proven experience managing large-scale marketing budgets and scaling campaigns across multiple channels
- Direct experience with media buying and planning, particularly in radio and/or television
- Strong background in digital marketing, including Google Ads (PPC), SEO, and Local Service Ads
- Experience managing and holding digital agencies accountable through KPI tracking, reporting, and performance optimization
- Demonstrated ability to track, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROI)
- Experience building and executing campaigns from concept through launch across both digital and traditional channels
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions at scale
- Ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership and driving execution
- Strong creative writing ability, particularly for advertising copy across radio, TV, and digital

- Experience managing high-budget, multi-channel campaigns in competitive markets
