Marketing Coordinator - Enterprise Teams
Job Description
Turner Construction Company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for Enterprise Teams to bolster the Business Development and Marketing group with proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. The role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, and reports to the FEC Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist in coordinating the end-to-end assembly and production of proposals and presentations, including drafting or editing text, layout design, graphics, resumes, and schedules.
- Ensure timelines are met and all components of proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral are accurate and delivered on schedule.
- Produce project description sheets and organization charts.
- Conduct local market research as needed.
- Assist during staff conferences and events.
- Maintain company information, materials, and related marketing databases.
- Compile, update, and maintain resumes for Business Unit personnel.
- Monitor and regularly update employees' experience lists.
- Update reference lists.
- Track, inventory, and assist in compiling reference letters.
- Manage image scanning and data storage for photos and graphics, AIA forms for qualifications/proposals, new marketing materials, contracts, and miscellaneous files.
- Coordinate internal communications, including the distribution of quarterly newsletters and intranet updates.
- Maintain the master sales contact list.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- May perform additional duties as necessary or assigned.
Requirements
- A four-year degree in marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
- Capability to follow directions without requiring follow-up.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and graphic design concepts.
