Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator role at Splitit is a hands-on, in-person position in Atlanta focused on keeping the brand visible and supporting day-to-day marketing execution. This role covers social media ownership, end-to-end event planning and marketing collateral creation, along with select coordination for swag and office supplies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Splitit’s social media presence end to end, including building the content calendar, publishing, engaging with the community, and tracking performance across channels.
  • Plan and execute both internal and external events, handling logistics, vendor coordination, budgets, and on-site execution for items such as team offsites, all-hands, conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and client events.
  • Build marketing collateral such as sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and templates, ensuring materials remain on-brand and ready for field use.
  • Order and manage swag for events, new hires, and client gifting, and handle select office supply ordering for the Atlanta office.
  • Partner closely with Sales and the Head of Marketing to align event execution and collateral with pipeline support needs and brand goals.
  • Learn new tools and processes quickly as the marketing function scales.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field, with hands-on experience planning and executing events from start to finish.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
  • Creative instincts with an eye for design and brand consistency across social media, collateral, and event materials.
  • Fast learning capability and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort using social media platforms and scheduling tools; familiarity with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Ability to work primarily in person from Splitit’s Atlanta office.
