Marketing Coordinator

Affinitiv is hiring a Marketing Coordinator in Tampa, FL (remote) to support high-quality marketing campaigns through cross-team coordination and customer-focused communication.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong working knowledge of Affinitiv products and solutions managed by the Marketing Services Team
• Maintain clear communication with the Client Success Consultant Team to support client needs and requirements
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill contracts and address issues related to supported products and solutions
• Work with consistency, efficiency, and urgency to meet tight deadlines
• Escalate problems and issues through the proper channels as needed
• Support client relationship success by exceeding client expectations
• Operate as a team player by supporting teammates toward overall team goals
• Engage team members with professionalism and respect

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience in marketing (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience (customer experience preferred)
• High attention to detail with error-free proofreading skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Microsoft Office Excel
• HTML knowledge preferred
• Ability to deliver high-quality results in a deadline-driven environment
• Troubleshooting skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and process management skills
• Accurate and fast data entry
• Professional communication over the phone and in person
• Strong interpersonal soft skills, including setting/managing expectations and conflict resolution
• Collaborative mindset with experience consulting cross-functionally across departments
