Job Description

Capital Dental Group is looking for an on-site Marketing Coordinator in Bakersfield, CA to support advertising campaigns and help drive business goals through research, content, and performance tracking. What you’ll do

  • Conduct research to understand customers’ behavior, including purchasing habits, trends, and preferences
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns that support company objectives
  • Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities and monitor results over time
  • Track campaign progress with Office Managers and Doctors
  • Identify and analyze competitors to inform strategy
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
  • Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials
  • Write clear product marketing copy for promotions and campaigns
  • Organize promotional activities for new products and services
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts

What you bring

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer, or similar role
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
  • Experience using research methods supported by data analytics software
  • Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Expertise in social media management
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics, and Google Adwords
  • Familiarity with CRM and CMS software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • BS degree in Marketing or a relevant field (preferred)

Schedule and pay

  • Location: In person (onsite in Bakersfield, CA)
  • Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Schedule options: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm) OR Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (7am to 6pm)
  • Pay: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour (DOE) plus a bonus opportunity
