Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
Tax-Exempt Leasing Corp is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to support its marketing initiatives from the Cool Springs area. The role focuses on coordinating marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, while boosting brand visibility among municipalities and the dealers that serve them, and assisting with website updates and marketing materials. This onsite position in Franklin, Tennessee runs weekdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at a rate of $25 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Oversee marketing, advertising, and promotional activities
- Prepare and present marketing plans and project updates to leadership
- Grow brand recognition with dealers serving municipalities and with municipalities directly
- Analyze competitor information to propose strategies for expanding market share
- Create and distribute email campaigns using Constant Contact or comparable tools
- Grow the LinkedIn network and connections
- Support the redesign of the website and marketing collateral
- Handle other marketing-related tasks as they arise
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude
- Proficient computer skills (Internet, Word, Excel; ACT is a plus)
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with Constant Contact or similar is a plus
- Experience with graphic design is a plus
