Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
Calcareous Vineyard is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join onsite in Paso Robles, California. The role centers on developing and executing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels in collaboration with the Hospitality Manager and Brand Coordinator, with the aim of engaging audiences and driving sales. The position offers an hourly rate of USD 25 - 30.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Hospitality and Brand teams to generate concepts and designs for marketing materials that align with our brand and objectives.
- Create visual content including graphics, photographs, layouts, illustrations, and videos for emails, social media, advertising, packaging, signage, and related assets.
- Plan and execute digital and print campaigns, encompassing email marketing, social media advertising, and printed collateral.
- Support digital sales campaigns from setup through completion, monitor performance, and contribute to optimization efforts.
- Assist the Brand Coordinator with design and social media content, write captions, schedule posts, and track engagement metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date website and landing pages with fresh visuals and content that adhere to design and SEO best practices.
- Organize audience lists and produce personalized digital content for email, SMS, and online ads.
- Handle text message and email outreach as part of campaign communication with customers.
- Answer phones and provide professional customer service to support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Coordinate creative timelines, campaign calendars, and photo/video shoot planning.
- Prepare files for print and digital use, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
- Track marketing results such as engagement, clicks, and conversions, and contribute to reporting on effective strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support marketing goals.
Requirements
- A creative storyteller with a demonstrated interest in marketing and customer engagement.
- Interest in and knowledge of the wine industry is preferred.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Proficiency with MailChimp for email campaigns.
- Proficiency with RedChirp for SMS campaigns.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with Canva and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of social media management, content creation, digital production, and campaign analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem solving and project execution.
- Graphic design experience is an asset.
