Kimley-Horn is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its San Antonio, Texas team on site. The role centers on coordinating proposal development, producing marketing communications, and organizing content to support project activities. A bachelor’s degree is required, and the position invites collaboration with professionals, project managers, and technical staff.

Responsibilities

Prepare and author proposals, qualifications, letters, reports, presentations, brochures, award submittals, and other client communications.
Lead kickoff meetings and manage proposal production activities.
Coordinate with consultant firms for teaming and gathering marketing materials.
Communicate with professionals, project managers, and technical staff.
Run marketing database queries and input data, maintaining accuracy over time.
Coordinate conferences, open houses, and client events.
Interview subject matter experts and develop/edit technical content for target audiences.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Education, or other relevant major.
Strong technical writing, editing, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign.
Willingness to travel if needed.
