Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
Kimley-Horn is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its San Antonio, Texas team on site. The role centers on coordinating proposal development, producing marketing communications, and organizing content to support project activities. A bachelor’s degree is required, and the position invites collaboration with professionals, project managers, and technical staff.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and author proposals, qualifications, letters, reports, presentations, brochures, award submittals, and other client communications.
- Lead kickoff meetings and manage proposal production activities.
- Coordinate with consultant firms for teaming and gathering marketing materials.
- Communicate with professionals, project managers, and technical staff.
- Run marketing database queries and input data, maintaining accuracy over time.
- Coordinate conferences, open houses, and client events.
- Interview subject matter experts and develop/edit technical content for target audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Education, or other relevant major.
- Strong technical writing, editing, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign.
- Willingness to travel if needed.
