Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator role at Verdes Cannabis in Albuquerque, NM, focuses on managing ecommerce listings, digital menus, promotions, and social media across six dispensaries, with opportunities to grow into digital marketing, ecommerce, and marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and banners in Dutchie for all Verdes locations, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Maintain online menus to be current, accurate, and visually coherent across platforms.
  • Upload, resize, and organize digital marketing assets using Canva.
  • Schedule approved posts across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business.
  • Monitor publish calendars and compile weekly marketing performance reports.
  • Coordinate digital assets to support product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with occasional delivery of marketing materials to store locations as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in marketing or communications is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
  • Comfortable learning and using digital tools such as Dutchie, Canva, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage recurring tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication and a proactive mindset.
