Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
What you'll do
- Coordinate industry conferences, client events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities, handling logistics, materials, and cross‑team coordination.
- Support a variety of AEC marketing and BD efforts, including presentations, award submissions, market research, and strategic pursuit support.
- Assist with database organization and data quality efforts that contribute to reporting, BD strategy, and evolving AI and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with a Proposal Champion and technical resources to plan, develop, and produce high‑quality, compliant SOQs/RFQs and proposals.
- Lead kickoff meetings and manage pursuit team schedules.
- Write, update, and proofread marketing content such as proposals, resumes, presentations, project descriptions, and related materials for accuracy and brand alignment.
- Support or lead production of deliverables for proposals and BD efforts in line with company standards.
- Coordinate with subconsultants and remote team members to craft persuasive proposal text and ensure consistent formatting.
- Create or facilitate graphics, design layouts, and visuals for proposals.
- Maintain the marketing team’s databases of proposal content.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- Minimum two years of marketing experience; AEC experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Deltek Vision experience is a plus.
- Hybrid role requiring both office and remote work, with standard office equipment usage; some noise in office or event settings.
- Physical demands include constant sitting, talking, hearing, repetitive motions, and occasional standing or movement; lifting up to 35 lbs is rarely required.

What your day will look like
As a marketing coordinator, you will oversee the production of all components of proposals and marketing collateral, applying a thorough quality control review to ensure precision and consistency. You will provide graphic design support for materials used in conferences, presentations, and award submittals, and report to the marketing director.
