Job Description
Marketing Coordinator role at Abstrakt Marketing Group in St. Louis, MO (onsite) supports internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, employer branding, and recruiting-related marketing, reporting to the Chief Creative Officer.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute internal events such as Vision Meetings, Celebration Meetings, Monthly Challenges, ERG events, and other engagement programs.
- Draft and distribute internal communications across Teams, email, and intranet with clear, timely, and aligned messaging.
- Coordinate employer branding activities, including awards submissions, blog support, and reputation management on Glassdoor and Indeed.
- Create basic content in Canva for internal announcements, event materials, and recruiting assets.
- Capture and organize photo and video content from events and daily office moments, partnering with the video producer.
- Maintain project trackers, calendars, and planning documents to keep initiatives organized and on schedule.
- Support recruiting marketing efforts, including coordinating job postings and executing campaigns.
- Assist with internal programs such as the Captains program, including scheduling, materials, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate internal partnerships such as FACTOR and Abstrakt Eats, handling vendor communication and internal messaging.
- Order and organize supplies for events and initiatives, including food, decor, and print materials.
- Track and organize data related to engagement efforts and related initiatives.
- Provide general marketing and communications support across a variety of projects, adapting to evolving team needs.
- Follow leadership direction while taking ownership and delivering on assigned tasks.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, events, or a related field (internships included).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proactive, self-starting mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating within a team.
- Ability to identify and amplify positive employee stories and culture-driven content.
- Interest in internal communications, employee engagement, and employer branding.
- Ability to gather, organize, and report data accurately to support team initiatives.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude with willingness to jump in wherever needed.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience supporting internal communications or employee engagement initiatives.
- Exposure to Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Experience coordinating events or managing logistics.
