Job Description
The Highland Mint is seeking a motivated, entry-level Marketing & Content Coordinator to join its onsite team in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. This role centers on creating engaging content, managing social media, and supporting product launches, with clear pathways for growth within the sports marketing space.
Responsibilities
- Produce product photography and short-form video content for social channels and campaigns.
- Help plan and schedule content across social platforms.
- Be featured in occasional product, promotion, and company update videos.
- Create engaging captions and promotional copy.
- Monitor social engagement and assist with community management.
- Stay informed on sports trends and major events to inform timely content.
- Support email marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Assist with product launches and seasonal campaigns across multiple channels.
- Update website banners, product pages, and other marketing content.
- Coordinate creative assets and marketing projects with internal teams.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Assist with influencer outreach, partnerships, and special marketing initiatives.
- Support company events, trade shows, and promotional activities as needed.
Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
