This on‑site role in Menlo Park, CA supports a residential real estate team. The position carries a salary of USD 65,000 - 75,000 per year and includes dental insurance, health insurance, and paid time off.
Responsibilities
- Create and distribute email marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update company and property websites
- Build listing landing pages
- Write and edit website, email, and marketing copy
- Coordinate marketing campaigns from listing launch through closing
- Assist with SEO and website content updates
- Design property brochures, flyers, postcards, and presentation materials
- Create social media graphics and digital advertisements
- Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials
- Capture photography and video of listings, projects, and team activities
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Schedule and publish social media content
- Help develop engaging content that showcases listings, market knowledge, and client experience
- Organize marketing assets including photos, videos, and design files
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and other marketing vendors
- Assist with special projects, events, and client appreciation campaigns
- Monitor marketing performance and suggest improvements

Preferred qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- Strong writing and copyediting skills
- Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
- Experience updating websites (WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, or similar)
- Experience managing social media accounts
- Basic photography and video editing experience
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist with content creation
- Real estate marketing experience is a plus but not required
