- Campaign and channel coordination: harmonize activities across email, CRM, digital, events, and field activation to deliver a cohesive experience; work with internal teams and external agencies to execute channel-specific tactics.
- Support both targeted and broad-reach initiatives to meet customer and business objectives.
- Messaging and go-to-market support: convert product, portfolio, and brand strategies into customer-relevant messaging and activation plans; ensure consistency across touchpoints and a smooth customer experience; assist with go-to-market execution for launches and major initiatives, ensuring field readiness and customer clarity.
- Performance tracking and optimization: monitor results across channels, apply insights to improve customer experience and marketing effectiveness, and participate in post-campaign reviews for continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional collaboration: partner with Marketing Communications Managers, Sales teams, Brand and Product groups, and agencies to align efforts toward an end-to-end customer experience.
