Marketing Associate

High Speed Gear Products Group is hiring a Marketing Associate onsite in Swansboro, NC to support day-to-day marketing execution across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, dealer, and social media channels
• Create, schedule, and coordinate social media content across brand channels
• Assist with product launches, promotions, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials
• Help maintain website content, product listings, dealer resources, and marketing assets
• Support product photography and video projects, including content organization and creative materials
• Coordinate trade show materials, promotional items, event assets, and logistics
• Monitor social engagement, marketing trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
• Track basic campaign performance and assist with reporting when needed
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, E-Business, and other internal teams to support brand initiatives
• Help ensure brand consistency across communications, materials, and customer-facing content

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
• 1 to 3 years of marketing, communications, social media, content creation, or brand support experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, photography, video editing, or similar creative tools preferred
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines at the same time
• Self-motivated and accountable, with willingness to learn
• Interest in tactical, military, law enforcement, outdoor, shooting sports, or American manufacturing industries preferred
