Responsibilities

  • Expand brand visibility by cultivating local partnerships, sponsorships, and events
  • Plan and attend community events to generate leads and raise brand profile
  • Nurture incoming leads and move prospects through the sales funnel toward conversion
  • Assist retention efforts and engagement programs with existing customers
  • Collaborate with new franchisees on pre-opening marketing and sales launches
  • Help design and execute local store marketing plans for both new and existing sites
  • Work closely with franchisees on pre-opening campaigns, offering strategic guidance and momentum to drive successful pre-sales
  • Increase membership sales by converting new prospects and boosting enrollment among current customers
  • Monitor campaign performance, lead activity, and key performance metrics
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure launches succeed and sustain growth

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred
  • Exceptional organization and multi-project management capability
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with franchisees and external partners
  • Experience in membership or recurring-revenue sales is highly desirable
  • Sales-oriented with knowledge of lead conversion and customer service
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting
  • Passion for dogs is a plus
