Job Description
Marketing Manager for One&Only Moonlight Basin based in Big Sky, MT onsite leads multichannel campaigns and content to drive bookings.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Directors of Marketing & Communications on all marketing and communications initiatives.
- Design and execute multichannel B2C and B2B campaigns across the customer journey, keeping messaging consistent; identify target audiences and craft channel-specific strategies with clear objectives for various channels, seasons, and segments.
- Coordinate with the Director of Marketing & Communications to manage B2C and B2B activations from concept to delivery, leveraging internal resources and fostering teamwork.
- Prepare creative briefs and provide direction for advertising and guest communications across print, digital, and video formats.
- Collaborate with the Global Commercial Team to shape digital marketing efforts, including the website, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and digital advertising.
- Lead local campaigns alongside international initiatives to drive foot traffic to the Spa and F&B outlets.
- Monitor campaign performance with the Director of Marketing & Communications and Global Commercial Team, analyzing metrics across channels.
- Interpret analytics and refine campaign strategies as needed.
- Generate ideas and create ongoing content for emails, social media, press releases, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain the resort master content calendar to support monthly storytelling across B2C channels, including the website, email marketing, and social media.
- Collaborate with operations to develop promotional timelines and materials for events and activations in Spa, F&B, Activities, Rooms, and Destination.
- Plan and execute resort photo and video shoots with the Director of Marketing & Communications and Global Commercial Team, ensuring assets are shared and uploaded to the central system.
- Adapt content for multiple marketing channels, including social media, email, website, and print.
- Manage content updates for customer communications and internal channels.
- Collaborate to design sales and marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and toolkits.
- Develop assets required for advertising campaigns across print, digital, and social platforms.
- Ensure guest-facing collateral including in-room materials, F&B menus, and event materials remains on-brand and current.
- Oversee print production processes, understanding specifications and available methods.
- Act as the One&Only brand ambassador, ensuring resort activities align with global brand standards.
- Maintain adherence to One&Only brand guidelines throughout the resort.
- Ensure all creative assets and marketing materials align with global brand templates, including print ads, display ads, and brochures.
- Work with the Director of Sales & Marketing to present the resort at trade shows and events with compliant materials.
- Collaborate with agencies, freelancers, media, and other vendors for advertising, content development, and social media efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across departments.
- Manage projects to meet established timelines.
- Contribute to marketing plans across resort revenue streams such as F&B, wellness, weddings, and events.
- Familiarize with and operate within marketing and communications budgets.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of B2C marketing and communications strategies.
- Strong skills in content creation and storytelling.
- Proficiency with design software, notably Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, XD, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience with content management systems.
- Knowledge of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, email marketing, lead generation, social media, and online advertising.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- Ability to present and speak effectively to groups, including customers and staff.
- Experience building brands and generating demand through blogs, social media, video, web, and email content.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proven abilities in communication, project management, and organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive self-starter and effective team player.

Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will partner with the Director of Marketing & Communications to oversee branded and property-specific marketing initiatives, including strategic campaigns to raise awareness and drive bookings across owned and paid channels, as well as media planning and buying for digital, print, and social advertising. They will create and distribute storytelling content across multiple channels (website, email, social) and ensure adherence to global brand standards across photography, video, collateral design, copy, and on-property activations. This role is suited to an accomplished marketer with a proven track record in campaign development and pre-openings, balancing day-to-day activities with long-range planning. Location options include Bozeman or Big Sky, MT.
