Job Description

The Manager, Digital Marketing at RBC’s US Global Asset Management leads the digital marketing strategy, website governance, and SEO efforts to improve user experience and drive business results.

Location: Boston, MA (onsite) • Salary: USD 77,000 - 143,000 per year • Employment Type: Full time • Work Week: 40 hours • Platform: Wealth Management

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and assist the Digital Marketing Director to implement strategic objectives for the US website
  • Oversee ongoing maintenance and governance of the US websites
  • Align campaign marketing with regional requirements and fund distributions
  • Keep the US websites fit for purpose by ensuring they are robust, compliant, and user friendly, delivering relevant content, seamless navigation, and a consistent brand experience across user types
  • Evaluate site functionality with GAM Digital to enhance client journeys and overall experience
  • Perform audits and UX testing with GAM Digital to identify pain points and optimize key user journeys to boost engagement, reduce drop-offs, and increase conversions
  • Assist in building and maintaining SEO strategies to improve website visibility
  • Support the Digital Marketing Director with implementing and updating SEO programs, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve rankings, traffic, and visibility in priority markets
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns comply with company policy and data privacy regulations
  • Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain compliance with financial services marketing requirements
  • Utilize analytics tools and dashboards to provide regular insights and reporting
  • Monitor and report on KPIs across website performance, organic search, and paid search
  • Identify trends and communicate campaign success metrics to stakeholders
  • Deliver data driven recommendations to optimize marketing performance
  • Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends, with emphasis on SEO and AEO
  • Evaluate new technologies and provide strategic input on digital innovations
  • Share knowledge and best practices across the organization

Requirements

  • Three to five years of digital marketing experience
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage budgets, meet multiple deadlines, and deliver ROI on campaigns
  • Hands on experience with website management and SEO
  • Strong working knowledge of content management systems, preferably dotCMS, and HTML
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and data interpretation
  • Familiarity with the LinkedIn advertising platform
