Japanese Bilingual Hotel Marketing Associate

Hawaii HIS Corporation supports Japanese-speaking travelers by planning and promoting hotel accommodation plans, coordinating with hotel partners, and helping resolve guest-related issues. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and promote hotel accommodation plans for Japanese customers
• Communicate and negotiate with a hotel sales representative to address issues that arise from guest stays
• Support contract renewals and update relevant databases
• Request quotations from hotels
• Collect competitor information and produce reports upon request
• Update tariffs and hotel-related details, including web updates and dissemination of information to internal stakeholders
• Respond to inquiries from the Japan sales office and other outlets in a professional and timely manner

What You’ll Bring

• Japanese: Fluency required（日本語必須）
• English: Business conversation level required（ビジネス英会話レベル）
• PC Skills: MS-Excel (higher than intermediate level) and MS-Word required（PCスキル）
• Preferred Experience: Previous work experience in the tourism or hospitality industry（旅行業界またはホテル関連業務経験あれば尚可）
