Job Description

An onsite Louisville, KY role with a salary of USD 50,000 - 65,000 per year focused on developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital content and events, and collaborating with external partners to increase the firm's visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish videos on multiple platforms to market the firm and its events, reaching existing clients, prospective clients, and referral sources.
  • Plan, market, coordinate, and run seminars for existing and potential clients and referral sources.
  • Partner with an external marketing company to design and execute multichannel campaigns across social media, email, print advertising, and digital channels such as Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
  • Collaborate with the external marketing partner to manage content marketing initiatives, including copywriting, blog posts, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Support product management initiatives by aligning marketing efforts with service offerings and client needs.
  • Handle budgeting for marketing projects or assist in budgeting to ensure efficient resource allocation while delivering high-quality output.
  • Organize and maintain marketing resources, collateral, and tools.
  • Oversee firm-wide communications and create content for social media.
  • Oversee firm-wide communications and create content for the firm website.
  • Oversee firm-wide communications and create content for email campaigns.
  • Oversee firm-wide communications and create content for print and electronic newsletters.
  • Oversee firm-wide communications and create content for public speaking engagements.
  • Oversee firm-wide communications and create content for print collateral.
  • Solicit opportunities for consumer seminars and manage related activities.
  • Solicit opportunities for continuing education programs for professionals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience creating and publishing videos across multiple platforms for marketing purposes.
  • Experience planning, promoting, and executing client and referral source seminars.
  • Experience collaborating with external marketing agencies to run multichannel campaigns.
  • Experience with content marketing, including copywriting, blog posts, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Ability to align marketing efforts with service offerings and client needs.
  • Budget management experience for marketing projects and resource allocation.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing marketing resources, collateral, and tools.
  • Experience overseeing firm-wide communications across social media, website, email campaigns, newsletters, public speaking engagements, and print collateral.
  • Ability to identify and pursue consumer seminar opportunities and continuing education programs for professionals.
  • Proficiency with Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
