Graphic Design & Ecommerce Online Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description
Five Star Commerce is hiring a full-time Ecommerce Online Digital Marketing Specialist to support Amazon/Walmart client growth while contributing graphic design to ecommerce listings.
Responsibilities
- Create graphic design assets for ecommerce listings, including product images, A+ content, and videos
- Manage Amazon/Walmart advertising campaigns for client accounts on the Amazon/Walmart advertising platform
- Communicate with clients via emails and conference calls
- Share recommendations to improve Amazon/Walmart sales and profits for each client
- Manage projects and tasks to meet timelines and maintain quality
- Report to management on client progress, needs, and future recommendations
- During training, expand skills across more of Amazon operations, including SEO, copywriting, graphic design, A+ content, storefronts, shipping & logistics, and more
Requirements
- Graphic design experience
- Knowledge of Amazon/Walmart and the ecommerce industry (previous Amazon/Walmart marketing experience is a plus, not required)
- Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising experience (plus)
- Copywriting and internet marketing experience (plus)
- Bright, willing to learn, and a team player, including taking initiative to learn independently during the training period alongside formal training
- Available for full-time work, 40 hours per week for the foreseeable future (exceptions for vacations and holidays)
- Experience working at an ecommerce marketing firm or a product brand (plus)
- Must not own and actively manage an Amazon selling account; any old seller account must be deleted before hire
- Ability to speak a foreign language can be useful but is not required

Work Environment
- Onsite role in Orem, UT (in-person office position)
- Work typically aligns with business hours (often 9-5), with schedule flexibility based on workload
- Workload can vary, including weeks that are slower or weeks that require staying longer to complete urgent client tasks
- Occasionally requires immediate issue resolution for a client, potentially on a weekend or evening (kept to a minimum; past occurrence only once or twice per year)
- Uses project management software to organize client work and tracks time logs and work records for clients
- Training will include instruction on the system, and team members are expected to use it consistently
- Planning includes ramp-up time; the role is not expected to be fully known on day one
- Team size: 12 team members in the Orem, Utah area
- New team members are typically brought on every 2-3 months for this position
Compensation & Job Details
- $20/hour
- Job Type: Full-time

- For some candidates with limited experience, a training period up to 90 days may be offered at a lower rate
Career Path
- The role gradually shifts toward project management, including managing larger projects, training other staff, and handling a broader set of client issues
