Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing B2C campaign strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels for multiple markets under guidance from senior Content Managers.
- Contribute to the execution of market PR and influencer marketing plans, following established guidelines to drive media success and build relationships with outlets.
- Operate under general supervision and established processes, using independent judgment to adhere to policies and optimize performance.
- Support owned social media and content planning, collaborating with creative teams to produce engaging posts across various platforms.
- Help monitor campaign performance and report findings within the defined measurement framework to senior Content Managers.
Requirements
- Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or media.
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Owned Media, Campaign Management, or Public Relations in Healthcare or Consumer Goods, or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.

Compensation
Salary: USD 75 per hour
Location and Work Arrangement
Location: Cambridge, MA (onsite). The role is full-time and onsite; office-based teams are expected to be in person at least three days per week, with onsite roles requiring full-time presence in Philips facilities. Field roles, when applicable, are typically conducted outside the main facilities.
Education and Eligibility
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or media.
- US work authorization is required; sponsorship for work visas is not offered.
