Feazel Roofing is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead the Canvassing and Door-to-Door Appointment Setter team from its Knoxville, Tennessee operations with hybrid work options. This role centers on recruiting, coaching, and driving performance, with compensation aligned to team results and individual contributions within a nationally recognized company.

- Clean driving record
- Door-to-door experience (2 years)
- Sales experience (1 year)

Compensation
Salary range is USD 85,000 - 125,000 per year. In addition, the role offers a base pay of USD 40,000 - 50,000 with uncapped monthly bonus opportunities tied to team and personal performance. Top leaders earn $4,000+ in monthly bonuses.
