Job Description
The Field Marketing Coordinator supports LGI Homes marketing across multiple communities in Apex, NC by coordinating events, activating campaigns, and ensuring brand-consistent customer touchpoints. This onsite role combines community engagement, event execution, and reporting to inform sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements to drive traffic and improve the customer experience
- Activate national campaigns locally
- Improve community presentation and maintain strong community visibility and engagement
- Support content creation
- Provide insights intended to help drive sales performance
- Ensure signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints are polished, consistent, and aligned with brand standards
- Manage the full event lifecycle, including planning, coordination, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up
- Handle data entry and reporting
- Track traffic trends
- Review online listings
- Evaluate sign routes
- Share weekly insights with leadership
- Manage marketing inventory and vendors
- Support photography and video needs
- Assist with community launches and closeouts
- Ensure information centers are always visitor-ready
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement
- Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills
- Creativity and attention to presentation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong social media and content creation skills
- Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools
- Comfortable traveling between communities and working evenings and weekends for events
- Skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community
