Events & Retail Marketing Rep
Job Description
This on-site marketing role in Roseville, MN engages homeowners at events, retail spaces, and showrooms to generate qualified leads, educate on window and door replacement options, and schedule in-home consultations.
Responsibilities
- Share essential Renewal by Andersen product information and explain the sales process to customers.
- Guide conversations to assess how we can help, following the Lead Management process to secure appointments at events, retail locations, showrooms, or RSVP sites.
- Meet appointment conversion goals within guidelines, including setup and teardown of event or retail booth space as needed.
- Deliver a high quality homeowner experience through clear communication, managing expectations, and reflecting the brand standards per the Brand Promise and Who We Are materials.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as directed by the Event and Retail Manager or Supervisor.
Requirements
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication, plus interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and time-sensitive tasks.
- Flexible, cooperative, customer-focused, and adaptable to changes in schedules, processes, and team participation.
- Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to sites across the region.
- Event or retail marketing experience preferred.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision to complete projects.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Profit Sharing
In 2026, the company targets a profit-sharing amount of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Payments are issued quarterly and tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
Pay Range
Hourly pay range: $13.88 - $20.82
