Events & Retail Marketing Rep
Job Description
Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Events & Retail Marketing Rep to engage homeowners at events, retail locations, and showroom shifts in the Fort Myers area. This onsite role focuses on generating qualified leads and setting appointments for in-home consultations while representing the Renewal by Andersen brand with professionalism and customer focus.
Responsibilities
- Share essential brand information about Renewal by Andersen products and the sales process with customers.
- Engage customers through consultative conversations to determine needs and follow the Lead Management steps to secure a sales appointment at events, retail sites, showrooms, or RSVP locations.
- Meet appointment conversion targets per guidelines, including setup and teardown of event and retail booth spaces as needed.
- Deliver an exceptional homeowner experience through clear communication, setting realistic expectations, and embodying the Renewal by Andersen Brand Promise and Who We Are materials.
- Participate in team meetings and training identified by the Event and Retail Manager or Supervisor.
Requirements
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus interpersonal, organizational, and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and time-sensitive activities
- Flexible, cooperative, customer-focused, and open to changes in work schedules, processes, and team participation
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites across the region
- Event/Retail marketing experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to complete projects with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Pay Range
$13.88 - $20.82 per hour
Profit Sharing
In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
