What You’ll Do

As an Event Marketing Representative, you’ll represent Re-Bath professionally across retail locations, home shows, trade shows, home improvement expos, community events, and other high-traffic venues. You’ll connect with homeowners in person, educate them on Re-Bath products and services, and move promising conversations into scheduled next steps.

• Represent the Re-Bath brand professionally at retail locations, events, trade shows, and home improvement expos
• Approach and engage homeowners through face-to-face conversations
• Build relationships with customers and identify remodeling opportunities
• Educate customers about Re-Bath products and services
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations
• Follow company sales scripts and lead-generation processes
• Enter lead information accurately into CRM systems
• Track activity and performance metrics (KPIs)
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support business growth
• Meet or exceed goals for customer engagement, qualified leads, and appointments generated

What You Bring

• Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, event marketing, canvassing, retail sales, direct sales, customer acquisition, or field marketing preferred
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and public speaking skills
• Comfortable approaching new people and starting conversations
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
• Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and basic computer applications
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Availability for weekends, evenings, and special events
• Home Depot, Lowe’s, home improvement, retail marketing, or promotional marketing experience is a plus
