Event Marketing Representative

This part-time, on-site role supports Renewal by Andersen through Esler Companies, focused on engaging customers at community events, representing the brand, generating leads, and scheduling complimentary in-home consultations. The position is based in Reno, Nevada, and includes paid training with uncapped bonus potential.

Overview

We are urgently seeking a part-time Event Marketing Representative who enjoys staying active and meeting new people. This is a field role, not a desk job, requiring you to be on your feet while representing the brand throughout your shift. Esler Companies, the parent organization for Renewal by Andersen, places you at community events such as fairs, festivals, farmers markets, and various retail locations including hardware stores, grocery stores, and Walmart. The role offers paid training, weekly pay, a base hourly wage, and uncapped bonus opportunities. The interview process is streamlined to facilitate a straightforward onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with attendees in a friendly, natural manner to foster engagement.
• Ask purposeful questions and listen to homeowners’ window and door needs to inform conversations.
• Invite interested homeowners to participate in giveaways and learn more about offerings.
• Represent Renewal by Andersen with confidence, sharing information about products and services.
• Coordinate free in-home consultations by scheduling appointments with the Sales team.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including lifting up to 30 lbs.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; comfort in talking with people is essential.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing, dependable mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for event setup.

Compensation

Salary range: USD 20.00 to USD 35.00 per hour. This is a part-time, on-site position based in Reno, NV.
