Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative

Reacao Inc is hiring an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative to support immediate, in-person promotional campaigns representing major brands. This role is customer-facing, hands-on, and focused on building new customer relationships while increasing brand awareness across Orange County and the Greater Los Angeles area.

This is a full-time, entry-level position based in Santa Ana, CA with an on-site work model, including participation in daily training, coaching, and leadership development.

• Represent major brands in face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns
• Engage with customers in retail, event, and promotional settings
• Present products and services clearly, confidently, and professionally
• Help generate new customers and increase brand awareness
• Work in a high-energy team environment while supporting campaign goals
• Participate in daily sales training, coaching, and leadership development
• Track personal goals, customer interactions, and campaign performance

Experience

• No experience required; training is provided
• Relevant experience includes entry-level sales, marketing, customer service, retail sales, restaurant or serving, hospitality, events, promotions, brand ambassador work, customer acquisition, lead generation, business development, direct sales, sports or athletics, and team leadership

Schedule and location

• On-site throughout the Orange County and Greater Los Angeles area
• Specific campaign locations are discussed during the interview process
• Day shift
• Weekend availability may be required

Compensation and benefits

• Weekly pay: USD 900 - 1,200 per week
