Entry Level Marketing & Sales Rep

Intrepid Consultant Group is hiring an entry-level Marketing & Sales Rep to support its marketing and sales departments in Philadelphia, PA. This onsite role is designed for candidates who want hands-on experience building brand awareness, engaging customers, and contributing to campaign performance alongside a team.

In this position, you will help develop and carry out marketing strategies, support customer interactions, and assist with promotional activities that strengthen relationships. You will also monitor and analyze initiative performance to share insights that improve future efforts.

Role Overview

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness
• Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and report insights
• Support the organization of promotional events and activities to foster customer relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Compensation: $800-$1200 per week
