Responsibilities
- Develop and run a data-driven email marketing program that turns audience engagement into measurable business results, targeting both top and bottom of funnel segments
- Design automated workflows, optimize performance, and build efficient systems that deliver timely and relevant messages to the right person at the right time
- Create custom workflows, automated sequences, and segmentation strategies
- Set up A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, and calls to action
- Collaborate with Content, Creative, Marketing Intelligence, Communications, and Sales to align email initiatives with overall marketing goals
- Monitor campaign metrics and provide actionable performance insights
- Develop and maintain automation, lead routing, and lifecycle management across the funnel
- Leverage behavioral and intent data to craft personalized journeys and dynamic content
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain deliverability standards across all campaigns
- Track and report on core KPIs including deliverability, open rates, click-through rate, conversions, and revenue attributed to email campaigns
- Collaborate with Content, Creative, Communications, and Sales to ensure cohesive messaging across channels
- Support sales through nurture flows, lead scoring, and automated enablement campaigns
- Provide CRM and email insights to broader marketing strategy discussions
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in HubSpot email marketing and marketing operations for a B2B organization
- Proven experience optimizing email campaigns for engagement, conducting A/B tests, and maintaining an email marketing calendar with campaigns
- Familiarity with personalization, segmentation, and behavioral triggers
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, segmentation, and attribution models
- Track record of building automated workflows and lifecycle campaigns that convert
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements to email performance
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email design and coding
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Effective project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines and proactively managing risks
- Collaborative team player capable of adapting workflows to support Content, Creative, Marketing Intelligence, and other teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
