Drumore Estate offers a hybrid work arrangement in Pequea, Pennsylvania, with a salary range of USD 52,000 to 65,000 per year. In this Director of Sales & Marketing role, you will shape sales strategy, drive marketing initiatives, and cultivate brand development to accelerate growth for a luxury estate. Responsibilities

  • Direct the overall sales and marketing strategy to drive growth for the luxury estate.
  • Design, refine, and implement a best-in-class sales process from inquiry to booked event.
  • Manage Salesforce CRM to optimize pipeline management, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Oversee lead flow to ensure timely responses, exceptional client experiences, and consistent follow-up.
  • Provide venue tours and consult with prospects to help them picture their event at Drumore Estate.
  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans to boost brand awareness and market presence.
  • Partner with ownership on pricing strategies, promotions, and business development initiatives.
  • Oversee website content, social media, digital marketing, advertising, PR, and brand consistency.
  • Cultivate relationships with wedding professionals, corporate clients, community organizations, and referral partners.
  • Track industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Analyze sales metrics and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven success in sales leadership, hospitality, luxury events, or a related industry.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM, including pipeline management, automation, reporting, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales systems and client nurture strategies.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build trust and guide clients through the decision-making process.
  • Experience leading marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.
